Pilot safety notice
LightningWars is a physical live game. Players move, aim, hide, react, and compete in real spaces, so safety rules matter before the match starts and during every minute of play.
LightningWars is an 18+ pilot and involves movement, quick reactions, and situational awareness. Players should only participate if they feel physically able to move safely in the selected location.
Players must follow all operator instructions before, during, and after the game. The operator may pause or stop play at any time for safety, technical, weather, equipment, or location reasons.
Players must move with control, keep awareness of obstacles, respect boundaries, avoid unsafe sprinting in unsuitable areas, and avoid physical contact with other players.
Outdoor, forest, office, event, and venue locations are used at the player's own risk and can include uneven ground, low visibility, furniture, steps, weather, wet surfaces, cables, or other hazards. Location-specific rules may be added before the match starts.
Players must use game equipment responsibly, keep it attached or carried as instructed, and stop using equipment if it appears damaged or unsafe. Intentional equipment abuse may end participation.
Players are responsible for deciding whether they can participate safely. Anyone with an injury, medical condition, impaired balance, limited mobility, or another concern should tell the operator before play and should not participate if play would be unsafe.
Pushing, tackling, blocking, throwing objects, climbing unsafe structures, ignoring boundaries, damaging property, or deliberately creating risk for others is not allowed.
The operator may refuse or remove a player from the game if they ignore safety instructions, behave aggressively, damage equipment, appear impaired, or create unnecessary risk for themselves or others.
Players should keep their phone secure before and after check-in. Never share wallet seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or account login details with operators or other players.
A location-specific safety briefing should be given before play. By joining the match, players confirm that they understand the safety rules and will follow operator instructions.
